1. Who We Are

Hibachi A Go Go is a mobile hibachi catering service operated by Soriano Hibachi and Catering LLC, based in Florida. We provide on-site hibachi catering for private parties, events, and corporate gatherings.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • Full payment is due at least 3 days prior to your event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event due to weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Events canceled within 72 hours may be subject to partial or full charges, depending on preparation already completed.

3. Service Area

We serve the St. Petersburg, Tampa Bay, and surrounding areas. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and safe event:

  • The host must provide a flat, outdoor space for the grill setup.

  • Access to the event area must be clear and safe for staff and equipment.

  • The host is responsible for providing tables, chairs, utensils, and trash disposal unless other arrangements have been made.

5. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

We take food safety seriously, but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. It is the client’s responsibility to notify guests of ingredients and to inform us of any dietary restrictions in advance.

6. Safety & Conduct

  • Our chefs are trained professionals who prioritize safety.

  • Guests should maintain a safe distance from the grill and cooking area.

  • Hibachi A Go Go reserves the right to end service early if staff safety is compromised by guest behavior or unsafe conditions.

7. Photos & Promotion

By booking with us, you grant permission to use any photos or videos taken at your event for marketing or promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.

8. Limitation of Liability

Soriano Hibachi and Catering LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services, except where caused by proven negligence or misconduct.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
